Ingredients:
🌸Beef – 150 grams (cooked)
🌸 Egg – 2 pieces
🌸 Onion – 0.5 pieces (medium)
🌸Cheese – 70 grams (hard varieties)
🌸 Salt – to taste
🌸Apple vinegar – 50 milliliters
🌸Black pepper – to taste
🌸Mayonnaise – 5-7 spoons

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Cut the onion into half rings. Place in a bowl and cover with apple cider vinegar for 15 minutes.

Cut the cooked beef into thin strips. Transfer to a bowl. Mix with 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Strain the onion vinegar. Add 0.5 tbsp. mayonnaise, mix.

Take a plate and a serving ring. Place the prepared onion on the bottom of the ring. Smooth it out.

Then add a layer of beef with mayonnaise.

Grate the egg on a fine grater, add 1.5 tbsp. Mayonnaise. Mix and arrange on top of the beef.

Put the cheese on top.

Remove the ring and style as desired.

The salad can be served after preparation.
